Briarcliff Manor, NY – August 15, 2012. Saw Mill Capital is pleased to announce that it has completed the successful sale of portfolio company Pexco LLC to Odyssey Investment Partners. William Blair & Company acted as the Company’s advisor.

Based in Alpharetta, GA, Pexco LLC is a leading multi-site custom extruder of thermoplastic profile, tube and sheet in North America, serving customers in life sciences, industrial and commercial end markets. The Company is one of the largest, independent operators with 170 extruders, 50 dedicated co-extruders and six sheet lines across approximately 920,000 square feet of production space across 10 facilities in the U.S. and Mexico.
